According to a complaint acquired by TMZ on Nov. 22, the Collateral actor has been accused of sexually abusing a woman at an alleged incident at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015.

The plaintiff, who the outlet did not identify, claimed she was dining at the New York City eatery when she observed Foxx seated close. Her companion allegedly requested Foxx to take a photo with them at 1 a.m.

“Sure, baby, anything for you,” Foxx allegedly replied, adding, “Wow, you have that supermodel body,” and “You smell so good.”

According to the plaintiff, the Oscar winner eventually seized her arm and led her to another section of the rooftop where she was raped. He is accused of going under her top and caressing her breasts, as well as putting his hand in her pants and groping her genitals, according to the lawsuit.

According to the woman, Foxx came to a halt after her buddy approached her.

According to her claim, she was forced to seek medical treatment for her injuries and suffered from emotional distress.

Foxx, who dated Katie Holmes from 2013 until 2019, has not responded publicly to the allegations. E! News reached out to Foxx’s rep for comment on the suit but did not receive a response.

Earlier this year, the 55-year-old made headlines when he was hospitalized in April for an unexpected health crisis, later thanking supporters for their support. On Instagram, he remarked, “Feeling blessed.”

Foxx later addressed his health concerns in a lengthy social media message.

“First of all, I wanna say thank you to everybody that’s prayed, man, and sent me messages,” Foxx wrote. “I cannot even begin to tell you how far it took me and how it brought me back.”

“I went through something I never thought I’d go through,” the Django Unchained actor continued. “I know a lot of people were hoping for updates, but honestly, I just didn’t want you to see me like that, man.” I want you to see me laughing, having fun at a party, cracking jokes, or appearing in a movie or television show. I didn’t want you to see me with tubes coming out of me, wondering if I was going to make it.”

While denying allegations that he was crippled or blind, he remarked, “It’s been tough, man.”

Jamie is an American actor, singer, and comedian known for his roles in films such as “Ray,” “Django Unchained,” and “Collateral.” He has won numerous awards, including an Academy Award for his portrayal of Ray Charles in the biographical film “Ray.”

Foxx has also achieved success as a musician, releasing several albums and collaborating with various artists. In addition to his entertainment career, he is recognized for his charitable work and advocacy efforts.
